Our Approach
How Verithos Structures Its Work
Verithos takes the position that employment policy documentation is most useful when it is readable by the people who need to apply it — not just by the professionals who drafted it. Every engagement, regardless of scale, starts from that premise.
At the template level, that means writing structural commentary into the document itself rather than supplying a separate guidance note. At the workshop level, that means working through the client's actual policies rather than presenting a generic framework. At the programme level, that means spending the first part of the engagement understanding what the organisation already has before producing anything new.
Quality assurance across all three programmes involves a peer review of drafts before delivery and a formatting check against the Verithos house style guide. For programme refresh engagements, the written summary report includes a brief note on areas where the client's qualified advisors may wish to focus their review.
All deliverables are provided in editable formats. Verithos retains no copies of client policy documents beyond the engagement period.
