Challenge

Approach

Challenge
Following a merger, a professional services firm found itself with two separate employment policy sets — one from each predecessor entity. The documents used different terminology, different formatting, and in some cases contradicted each other on the same issue. Merging them internally had proved difficult because neither HR team was clear on which policies took precedence.
Approach
The ten-week programme refresh began with a discovery audit that mapped both policy sets against each other, identifying duplications, gaps, and conflicts.
